Half a burger

I ordered a QtrCheese today from the above Mcdonalds branch and received only a patty, slice of cheese and the top part of my bun. when I called to complain the MANAGER told me he will do what he can to deliver me a complete burger but can make any promises. I reminded him that I had already paid for my meal which was met with silence. Unacceptable!!!!!
