hair in my burger

I went to lyndhurst mcdonalds in gauteng with my two year old firstly there were no balloons for her I asked for it they said ok they'll make a plan. Secondly I placed my order double bbq upsized large burger meal and kids nugget meal. We went to th playroomi sat there and waited for order it came I ate my chips and coke and she ate her chips and juice and 1 nugget. The burger and rest of the left overs I took home. Just now when I ate my burger I took two bites the second one there were something tangled I spat it out it was a hair tangled in the tomato. I phoned them and they said where the meal bring it back omg I gagged it out and threw the rest of the food to the dogs..... I'm so disgsuted omg. Mcdonalds do something please. Omg!!!!! Ohhhh ja I never got the balloons and when I asked again when I was about to leave the person said let me go check waited about 10min for a balloon she came back and said sorry we only have the balloon plastic stick holder.... ***????
