Hair in food bad service

I went to the McDonald’s in lyndhurst and found hair in my shake after complaining about the color of the shake was wrong.the lady serving me just said ohw as if it’s a norm to find hair in a shake.to make matters worse no one apologized including mahota who eventually gave me my money back as i refused to eat anything that comes from this McDonald’s
