Hair in Food and Missing Items

We ordered two different sets of meals on the 21/11/2022 at 20:50:14 from McDonalds Marlboro Gardens drive thru.

We ordered the McShaker Fries but did not receive it in our order. I had asked the lady at the window before I left if everything was there and with a bad attitude I was told yes. When I got home the McShaker Fries were missing.

Further to that I found hair in one of my burgers and this could not finish my food and enjoy my meals.

This is pathetic service and needs to be addressed as this is unacceptable.
