HAIR IN FOOD

<p>Tonight (11.07.2017) we decided to head on to McDonald's in Isandaovale restaurant # ********** . In our Mcflurry we found hair attached to the sauce. Not only that but no one answers the phone so that the matter could be resolved. Deeply upset and disgusted that strands of hair were entwined in the mcflurry's sauce that I had to pull out of my mouth after my first s****!!!! Absolutely not acceptable that the employees are not wearing mob caps or the machine is dirty!!! Waste of money, waste of petrol and completely unhygienic! The fact that no one even answers the phone to get my money back is beyond unacceptable. WHERE IS THE HYGIENE POLICY COMPLIANCE???? Perhaps your branch should review the ISO 22000 system on food safety. Deeply shocked and disgusted.</p>
