Hair in burger

I would like to lay a complaint, I just purchased two regular Big Macs at the Protea Glen McDonald’s and as I was eating one of the burgers I found one long strand of hair within the burger. I am very disappointed with the product I received it is very unhygienic, imagine finding hair in your food. I really feel like I wasted my money if I knew I wouldn’t have purchased from that McDonald as now I’m left with hungry, I couldn’t even continue eating the burger with the hair that I found. I really feel I should be refunded as I just wasted by R129,80 purchasing food with hair.
