Hair and small piece fingernail In food

First the customer service is bad, the food I ate was a large big mc meal and a spicy cajun which my friend ate. Both burgers were burnt and in the big mac I found a big piece of hair and a small piece of a finger nail that is very disgusting I was very hungry and my friend and we both never evens ate the meals we threw it away because that's just disgusting
