Had the worst experience with the servers at the McDonald's at Gandhi Square.

Placed my order and was called to collect a couple of minutes later, when I got to the till to collect the lady took my slip, tore it a little and told me my order will be out shortly (shocking because why would you call the order umber out if it is not even close to being ready). A WHOLE 30 minutes went by with no one even telling me what's going on and what the delay on the order is or even trying to find out what happened to the order in fact they weren't even looking at the slip to check on it. I eventually called customer service and only then did they start making my order in front of me. The attitude of the ladies that were working is atrocious. I understanding that it was during the lunch rush but to not even look into why a customer is waiting for 30+ minutes at a FAST FOOD joint is just being bad at the job and a bad reflection on McDonald's image.
