Gross incompetence n poor service

I was overcharged this morning for an item at the drive thru in Mcdonalds Linton Grange Port Elizabeth even though the special is still being advertised on TV & still being offered at the special price at other branches. The excuse given is that there was an increase in price yesterday! I was then also given R10 change in copper coins! The coins fell all over the car when the 'supervisor' gave me my change. No apology. I was also not given a tomato sauce sachet and salt sachet for the chips. The service was cold, unfriendly and rushed. Bad Bad bad experience... Later when I complained telephonically I was told by an unknown female that not all mcdonalds have the same prices. Is mcdonalds a franchise or not!!!

I just want to add some interesting new developments since yesterday. It was discovered that the Cajun chicken burger comes with a mayonnaise type sauce, but guess what sauce was on my cajun burger? A drop of tomato sauce!!! It looked like a flat cherry in the middle of my patti... My jaws had to work overtime coz the burger was so dry....😔I will not ever go back to mcdonalds linton grange

I forgot to mention that I did enquire yesterday about the cost of an extra sauce at the linton grange mcdonalds. I was told by the cashier that the price is R7 and later the 'supervisor' informed me that the price is R8.50 !!!! An increase of almost 25% in just 3mins!!!!
