Great service recovery

Thank you for your service recovery boss lady at Mac Donald's Nkomo village mall. It's a pity my son left the till slip at the counter when collecting the food. You really turned what would've really ruined my evening into a great service after one of your crew members rubbed me the wrong way at the drive through and then commanding me to go inside since she doesn't want me to hog the queue as if my business is not important. I really appreciate you and how you handled the whole situation. Wish you a great 2023 and please train others to have your service level. You are a great asset in that restaurant.
