Great service but terrible fries

I popped in to buy meals for me and my 3 kids, we had a very great service but the fries were so brown and almost burnt, the first thing you eat before you indulge into the main meal are your fries but unfortunately we didn't enjoy our fries at all, they tasted old or done with a reused cooking oil, this was the first time I did not enjoy McDonalds fries...
