Great problem solving s****s. Thank you

I ordered McRoyal today at McDonald's Sandton city however they delivered an incorrect order. I later picked up they delivered a wrong meal. I phoned the branch and spoke to Sternly who was very professional, polite and so willing to assist. He did not try to find any reason to reject or point back to me. He made all necessary checks and phoned me back to confirm the delivery of the correct meal was arranged. I wish all other employees of it's and other competitors may learn how well to deal with customers. Thank you Sternly keep up the good work.
