Great Manager - Mcdonald's in Brackenfell

I was extremely frustrated when the delay on the drive through was like a voting line. I parked my car and went inside - only to find that there are few employees.

The Male Manager was on the floor, he called one employee who was cleaning and asked her to open a till and assist, then he moved and tried to assist each person on the line on the self-help machines, but they were down. The way he carried himself and kept motivating the staff to keep things moving calmed me down and was very impressive. With few staff, he still kept the push going. I was impressed, he implored us to return, and because of his service, I have been going there every other morning. Mcdonald's in Brackenfell located just off Old Paarl road
