On three occasions at the McDonald's in CBD located in Pretorius street, my orders were incorrect yet having spoken to the manager Ms Poppy. She apologized for the inconveniences and had offered a new order on all occasions without a fuss and moreover with understanding for their fault. I was completely impressed with such professionalism. Great work.
