Great Improvement in Service

McDonald’s Carletonville I’ve previously had quite a few disappointing experiences with the service here and even took the time to raise my concerns on HelloPeter. So I think it’s only fair that I also take the time to acknowledge when things improve.

I’ve now been here about four times recently, and I can honestly say there has been a noticeable and positive change. The staff are much friendlier, the service is quicker, and the long waiting times we used to experience have improved significantly.

I actually told the manager today that ever since she became manager, I’ve noticed such a difference in the service. She is definitely doing something right, and I really appreciate the effort. It’s nice to be able to walk in and have a much better experience than before.

Well done to the team — the improvement is genuinely noticed and appreciated. ❤️
