Greasy, old, shrunken egg Mc****in meal from McDonald’s, BP North

I ordered an egg Mc****in meal from McDonald’s BP north, not knowing I’d be served what seemed to be a shrunken, old, greasy bun than seems to either have been broken and bitten into. What’s worse is the hash brown was drenched in old oil as well with bits of black on it. An absolutely revolting meal I ended up throwing in the bin. I wish Hello Peter allowed picture uploads so I could share them. Never encountered this problem before at other branches.
