I went to the Southgate Mall branch where I bought 3 standard hot chocolates. After I pd, I was informed there was only 1 standard cup available. They asked if I would take 2 small cups with the standard one and they will refund the diff. To my surprise, they gave me an extra small cup. That was one of my better experiences
