Good customer service and good management skills.

I visited McDonald restaurant at Acornhoek, I saw a Big Mac Tasty burger which was R89,90 on the menu board on the drive through. As I ordered the cashier said the special is no longer available, i asked why are they advertising things that’s not available, I insisted for what I see on the menu,but the cashier couldn’t address my complaint. I requested for a mana, a manager by the name of Ongama came, she apologised for the inconvenience and she asked if she can replace my order with another one I agree md I paid the price of the one I wanted.
