Good after-sales service

McDonald's Centurion...

I bought a Sausage Mc****in with egg and hashbrown & Small Cappuccino.

Drove all the way to my office - only to realize I was in such a rush - I never got my hashbrown or cuppuccino.

Went back to McD's and they apologized, gave me my missing items and apologized again. Shame the cashier lady was so helpful.

Anyone can make a mistake - how you handle it and rectify it, is what counts!
