Gone to the DOGS

I visited the Mt Edgecombe branch this evening in hope to enjoy a meal and a cup of coffee with my wife but after waiting 10mins in the queue only to be notified by the cashier that we were unable to have any hot beverages due to NO MILK been in stock,then inquired the reason for the shortage and was advised by the cashier the delivery would only arrive at 1 am. No apology given from the cashier nor the manager that was present at the time. Extremely pathetic service provided by this particular branch on various occasions. This particular branch needs to rise their standards drastically as they are bringing down reputation of Mc donalds franchise
