Gold Finger for Poor Service

Tonight we at MacDonalds Douglas Road Fourways. There were no cars in the drive-thru at the time, and no walk-in customers. Our two daughters went inside just to get 5 Rolo McFlurries while hubby and I waited inside the car having a full view on them. The 20 minute waiting started...

There was no effort from any of they employees to get the ice-cream going. Every time one of the girls asked if there was a problem, they were told to wait and were otherwise simply ignored.

Eventually my husband went in to ask what was going on. One lady was actually digging for gold up her nose, another one just looked at my husband as if he was asking for the impossible. When he asked to speak to a manager, he just got a "gmpf" snort and was ignored.

I am disgusted by the thought that the Gold Finger will be touching food. And with stink attitude like that... not going back there again. Ever.
