Going from bad to worst

This restaurant is the slowest one of all the McDonald's out there in South Africa. I have been to more than one in South Africa and the world and this one is going down the drain. When it opened it was fine but now there is always a issue with something. If the intercom at the drive thru is not working then the ice cream machine is not working or there is no hot chocolate etc.
