Gladys the Bully of a Manager

I went to the Mac Donalds in Alberton Nee redruth, i usually go there, as its the closest kiddies Restaurant for my son, now i experienced a rather shocking lack of service and attitude towards a very young lady who is a student at an institution at the same complex a lady by the name of Gladys was speaking a very unprofessional manner to this young lady which very loudly so for everyone to hear not sure if this was to prove a point of her position as a store Manager, she is very unprofessional she needs further training on how to deal and treat client from what i hear she is a bull even to her own staff, if this is how the Macdonald’s brand operates in chasing clients and ill treating client then this needs to be attended to with the urgency it requires, now i urge Macdonald’s to call her into order her position does not been she needs to bully people because she feels some sort of power, very unhappy client
