Giving What They Want To Give and Not What You Paid For

Every Sunday morning i take my wife and son to Moullie Point where my son watches the Ships pass and then after, I take him to Search the Rock pools for Sea creatures.

Before all that, I always take them to Mcdonalds in Greenpoint where we buy Breakfast. For the past few Sundays, the team at Greenpoint has been Giving us "SLAP CHIPS" instead of Mcdonalds famous crispy fries. Each time i have to turn around, and go back to get Edible fries because we all know Mcdonalds "SLAP CHIPS" is Disgusting in that state.

This past Sunday, 19 September 2021, It happened again. This is SO pathetic as the slip tells you what we ordered.

1. I paid for Extra Spicy sauce on the side, and your team, who apprently cant read, Did not give the Spicy sauce on the side, which i paid for. - I had to drive back to fetch the spicy sauce

2. Your team put Crispy chips on top, And all the Old "SLAP CHIPS" at the bottom. - Naturally, i through all those "SLAP CHIPS" to the Seagulls as i was not going to drive back AGAIN!!!!

3. My order was specific, "Double Quarter Pounder meal ( regular ), with EXTRA Ketchup". - I got a Double Quarter Pounder WITH NO KETCHUP ON IT AT ALL!!!!!!!! - They even have the Audacity to Put the "special requests" sticker on the box that says "XTra Ketchup"

in the packet, they only put 2 Sachets Ketchup which meant i had a Half Dry burger which was so chokingly disgusting. but the Seagulls Enjoyed it.

For a while now i left it and just kept on returning to get what i paid for but yesterday was the last straw. Im seriously considering no longer Supporting That branch. Yes my R200 i spend on that Sunday might seem insignificant to you but its R200 less you make on a SUnday.
