Getting orders after 2 hours or and hour and a half everytime we buy at this Macdonald

We need serious help as everytime a person comes to this Macdonald you must wait 2 hours or an hour and a half this store needs serious intervention why is it different from other stores? and am not sure why do you have shortage of staff? You really disrespecting us? Or is it because we not in the suburbs can it be closed please this owner is not respecting the brand and I stay close to it my 4 year old daughter loves Macdonald how do I tell her I won't be able to buy for you because I have to wait for 2 hours to get my order
