getting my orders incorrectly

I was at Mc Donald's N1 City this morning. I ordered a orange juice with a breakfast meal and some other coffees. i got my coffees and ice tea, but after i also had to ask wheres the hot chocolate i didn't realize i never got my orange juice and i was already in my car driving off. i always have to ask for my stuff and remind them i still have not gotten this or that. This is not the first time. last time i never got my cheese burger and had to ask. i don't understand why i have to do their job also and ask for my stuff if it is there in front of them what i need to get. I now paid for something I NEVER got! I am a regular customer and am really sick of this
