Get home to half a burger

This is the 3rd time this year I have ordered something from McDonald's Menlyn and received the wrong thing.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool my twice, shame on me. But this time, the employee actually asked me to check so I did. Everything seemed fine so I went home. Get home to find my my grand chicken spicy burger doesn't even have a bottom bun... This isn't something you look for when you check your order. Well I don't at least.

Please fix the service at this branch...
