3 September 2024, we witnessed your male security guard lay his hands on a drunk female in her 20s all because she needed to use the bathroom. Staff that witnessed this incident watched it all happen. Nobody reprimanded him for what he had done. He showed no remorse but in fact was prideful about his actions. If customers did not try to stop him , he was going to beat her even more. I noticed when he first grabbed her and that he was violent. The lack of remorse and hesitation to slap her shows that it wasn't the first time he does it. Please look into this matter as soon as possible... That behaviour is unacceptable.
