Fuzzy warm family

I have a new favourite Mickies outlet, The Brookside Mall outlet. From the place being kept clean, to the staff being such a warm fuzzy family, I love it all. Especially the matured beautiful lady who assists at the self-ordering monitors, sje is such a hug and a warming hot chocolate in human form. Shes is the star of the show. The other stuff too are such an enthusiastic family, and the service is absolutely quick and they serve good food too.

The only downside I have is that the wifi connection isn't as stable as I'd like, hopefully they improve it, otherwise I'm lovin it!
