Fuss Free Exchange

We placed an order at McDonald's and asked for sauce in our burgers as we purchased a sauce separately to add to our burgers. When we received our burgers 1 was an incorrect and the other had sauce. I took it back to the collection counter, explained what was wrong and with no fuss our burgers were replaced and the manager delivered it to our table with an apology. #BlackFriday
