Funds deducted with machine declining

Kindly note I tried purchasing items from mc donalds strand street in Cape town yesterday but the machine had declined due to their "network problems". I was asked to try several times and it did not work.

When I got home without purchasing anything. I saw that the balance had deducted off my card twice and I have not purchased anything bare in mind the machine was not working. When I returned the next day the manager had refused to assist me regardless of showing my proof of declined machine slips and proof of amounts deducted.
