Full price for half order

I ordered a Belgian Choc pie sundae from McDonalds through Mr Delivery, when the order arrived, it came with only the pie and not the ice cream(which is essentially the whole dessert) I am then expected to pay the full price for an order which is not correct or does not come complete as advertised and priced, this is not the first time and i think is a complete *******.
