Frozen cake - disgusting

My husband and i went to Mcdonalds last night as we were passing by and thought we would get some carrot cake. As we got to the drive thru the lady that took our order fist said that the Mc cafe is not opened after 10pm then i advised her that i was previously served late at night and then she agreed to serve me. It was as if she was too lazy to assist. I got my order drove home only to find out that the cake was stale and absolutely hard. My husband and i then drove back to return the cake, the lady then gives us another slice only to find out out that the cake was frozen. What happened to freshly served meals and desserts,??? is this the kind of service that you guys offer, we pay for our meals only to find out we are getting stale food!!! I then told the lady to please give me something else for the price of the cake and she gives me one junior burger and does not even give my change i had to ask for it. A junior burger seriously guys not even an apology for the inconvenience caused. I am really dissapointed as this was the one place that i loved buying food and cakes from but never again. Mcdonalds you and your staff have really ruined your reputation.<br> <br> <br>
