From being irrate to being happy 😀

I went to McDonald's Jabulani mall this evening, I place my order on the automated system, the store was packed and the staff was working hard to get all the orders done. I got irritated of the long wait in store however "Nomsa" ( I think is her name) managed to calm me down by apologizing on behalf of every staff on shift. Thank you ausi for your effortless customer service... To the guy who was working with you with the orders, thank you... I acknowledge your apology as well... To the manager on shift, thank you for the efforts that I saw you putting to make sure that every customer received the best service. The apology that I got from the lady changed everything, thank you once again and keep up the good team work 😀
