From Bad to Worse !

Mc Donalds Amanzimtoti is the worst fast food outlet I've ever come across ! A supposed "24 hour drive through" but had to wait over 20 minutes in total for 2 filter coffees. It took 3 minutes to get someone to take our order .

When someone did ask for our order, we were told the Cafe only opens at 6 AM and that we can only order filter coffee and not a latte. Fine. We get to the pay point , and waiting 10 minutes for someone to help us pay, after I had to PHYSICALLY get out of the car and look for someone through the paypoint window. A staff member saw me looking for attendance and blatantly turned and walked away !

Eventually someone decided to help us and we further waited another few minutes to collect as they had not even started our order yet.

Absolutely disgraceful! We were late for our flight to Johannesburg due the blatantly *********** staff at this branch. And every meal I've ordered there I've been told to wait in the parking lot so that their timing won't show that the food is going out very very slow. They are getting away with doing absolutely minimum there.

Will never support them again
