Friends in high places

Was at maponya mall bought a happy meal for my son, the shop was full as usual with only 2 tills and only one of them operating as usual..nothing new there what irritated me is the fact that the lady behind me had a friend (staff member) who quickly assisted and she was gone I kept quiet hoping that I will be served next 20 minutes passed and still I'm waiting the staff are buzzy with their own conversation no sense urgency total disregard for all the customers standing I front of them, I am appalled by the kind of service I received and if I ever set foot there ever again it will be too soon. By the way I asked the manager to give me my money and all she said was sorry... Wow
