Friendly service at 2am in the morning

Good day<br> <br> To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I work odd hours, sometimes up until 3am in the morning. I went to another fast food franchise in uitenhage at 2am and was one of three cars in the drive thru. The car in front of me had to hoot to wake the staff up and then the customer still in front of me still had to battle to pay for his goods as this famous fast food franchise card machine was still not working.<br> <br> I then got annoyed and past the car in front of me and drove straight to McDonald's down the road. <br> <br> At McDonald's I got greeted with a friendly voice that took my order and got it right the first time. I did however wait 7min for the burgers but it was worth the wait as it was warm and crispy. Meaning it was freshly made. After complementing the staff on top notch service, I left the restaurant hooting and 3 staff members waved goodbye. <br> <br> There is currently big competition between KFC and Mc Donald's in Uitenhage, but KFC can go back to the drawing board as far as service is concerned. Meaning that they can no longer hide behind their name. <br> <br> Thank you too all McDonalds staff for making my visit to the restaurant at 2am in the morning, on woman's day a world class one.
