2018/11/15 McDonald's in Preachard Street Jonhannesburg

Today i went to buy food at McDonald's and paid R 87.50 for a happy meal and an extra cold drink. The cashier insisted i bought a cheese burger and the the meal was correct, which when checking the receipt the cashier was wrong. The cashier Mbali said that a college who was with had taken the rest of the change or the cheese burger which she was absolutist wrong about. The cashier Mbali and the manager Kwazi had an attitude and did not apologize not once for the mistake they had made but instead gave me an attitude and acted hostile towards me. I had wasted my whole lunch break to sort this out and did not have anything to eat because of them. I only got an apology when i told the manger Kwazi that i will complain on hello peter. The fact that i did not even order things that was on the slip is *****! and defamation of character saying my colleague had taken "******" the change and cheese burger. I am disgusted at what happened and will never go to that disgusting place ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
