Frappe Latte - No Latte powder

Went to McDonalds Palm Centre in Bardene since it is a Mcafe and ordered a Frappe Latte, firstly the staff did not know what is a Frappe Latte. FInally someone who works at the Mcafe part was called, the lady went to make the Frappe Latte and came back saying that there is no Latte powder, this is the second time at the same branch that there was no Latte Powder to make the drink. Surprised the a McDonalds will run out of this ingredient so often.
