This is the final straw, after numerous bad experiences at the McDonald's in Walmer Port Elizabeth I decided to name and shame. From getting burgers without the bottom bun, getting home with items missing that you ordered, being told to park and wait 10 min and being left hanging for 40 min, getting something completely different from what I've ordered to finding hair in my cool drink container when I opened same to remove the ice I asked not to have in my cool drink. This is really pathetic and the customer liaison services on top of it all make you feel like a beggar when you ask for your money back.
