Found hair and dead fly in food!

Disgusting food!!! I ordered food from Mc Donald's - okovango road - for my children and I was appaled to find two strands of hair in their food. I went to complain to the manager and normally I would ask for a refund and go somewhere else but my children were starving so I had asked for a new meal to be prepared instead. The manager profusely apologized and hand got another order prepared promptly. I had assumed that all is well and finally my children could eat. However, after I had opened the wrapping for my children food I noticed a black blob in the melted cheese. Taking a close look I realized that it was a dead fly!!! This is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting!
