Formal Complaint: Poor Service & Unfulfilled Promises - McDonald's SATARI

To Management,

I am writing to express my absolute "disgust" at the service received at your SATARI WESTERN CAPE branch. After purchasing Happy Meals on Saturday, we were told to return on Monday as there were no toys in stock.

Yesterday, we made the trip from Grassy Park specifically to fulfill that promise to our children. Not only were there still no toys, but the staff treated us with zero respect. There was no attempt to rectify the situation, offer a meal voucher, or even provide a basic apology for the inconvenience and the cost of travel.

Petrol is expensive. As a loyal customer, this experience was insulting. I expect a follow-up regarding how this will be addressed.
