Forgotten Ice Cream Order at McDonalds Brackenhurst

<p>My kids went to buy ice cream on 30 Sep 2016 and swiped my card at 20:09. The order was removed from the screen and after numerous clients passed through the restaurant and received their food order, they woke up and gave my kids the ice creams at 20:43. Thats about 45 minutes to make 5 ice creams?!</p> <p> </p> <p>Damn McDonalds train your staff firstly not to remove orders from the screens and then on HOW to make the ice cream. Very bad service. Disappointed.</p> <p> </p>
