For the 2:30 hour McWait and Pending

<p>We ordered McDonald's. After an hour they called us and asked if they can prepare our order for us. After another 5min I phoned them back and asked them what is going on. I spoke toe Abel from McDonald's Polokwane and he told me it will be delivered within 10min. After 20min I phoned again and spoke to Abel once more. He then said 5min and the order still us yet to arrive. It has been 2:30 hours and we are still waiting for our food. We believe it is very poor service delivery </p>
