Food too dry Jabulani Mall McDonalds

I’m so disappointed with McDonald Jabulani mall I ordered at 18h15 they brought wrong order. Driver went back to tell them that the order is wrong then they promised to deliver my order within 10 min(I stay 5 mins away from the restaurant). However they took an hour and the food came very very cold which couldn’t even eat that food cold and too dry.
