Food Tasting like Fish

Firstly, it looks like anarchy rules. The customers are ignored while friends arrive and go behind the counter. Much hugging and loud greetings while I and other customers stood waiting to be served. this took at least 5 minutes. Then when I got home with the apple pies that I had ordered, they tasted of Fish. I am allergic to Fish and get violently sick from fish. One bite and I was hurling. the customer service number just rings and the store telephone number just rings - from 8am to 9:30 - eventually I got the head office number which turned out to be a branch in Pietermaritzburg - I was eventually referred to the manager who was on leave and would get the relevant manager to phone me.
