Food taking 2 hours to be delivered

I ordered food on the Mcdonald app which Mcdnald Gandhi square took the order and it took 2 hours to be delivered , and was informed when i called mcdonald customer service to cancel my order that the drivers keep declining the delivery of food because Home affairs keeps arresting their drivers. I walked to the mall to buy food after cancelling only to be informed that the driver on the way to deliver after 2 hours of walking and drivers cancelling to deliver my order. I received the order and the food was cold. I am not happy with mcdonald at all. Mcdonald not nice when cold even if you warm it up it isn't as nice as when getting the food fresh from stove.
