Food safety issue

The big mac meal made me sick, I cannot eat anything at the moment because ordered a big mac medium meal last night. I have been running to the toilet all day, I don't know if it was the burger, soft drink or the french fries. I don't know what they put in my meal or it was off but I am forced to not go to work in this result.
