Food poisoning

This is the third time this has happened to me. Food poisoning. I've been sick since Thursday after consuming their spicy McFeast. I've paid thousands for treatments because of them and I sent them an email but got no response. Health and safety standards are clearly not practised. I'm so disappointed with them. I felt like I was literally dying... vomiting, diarrhea, night sweats, chills and a fever are some of the things I endured this past 4 days. They must take responsibility enough is enough!
