FOOD POISONING

This email serves to inform your organisation about a horrible experience that occured last week. I visited your branch in fordsburg the halaal Mc D in Johannesburg ordered my all time favourite mc feast spicy together with a chicken foldover spicy.

This was on Tuesday the 1st of August at around 7pm at your drive thru. After purchasing my meal I went back to my office to have dinner. After eating to my fullest my regular Mac donalds meal I felt really billious but didn't think much of it as this is my normal meal at your franchise except this branch was my first visit.

I visit the store in lenasia jhb at least 3 times a week. I ended up with constant dihirrea that night not forgetting the vomiting and the excruciating tummy ache. Here comes the serious part since that Tuesday evening I was recently discharged from hospital with Food poisoning which lasted almost the entire week.

I had to undergo at least 3-4 days of medical examanitions, blood tests and continuously being monitored for the high fever and dizziness detected. I was so hoping that the results could just be a bad flu or fever as my favourite take out is Mac donalds like I mentioned before 3 times a week. Unfortunately I don't think I would ever support you guys ever again for putting my life in this detrimental state. My family and friends were at hospital to visit me and knowing the fact that this was all related to food poisoning which obviously took its natural time to run through my blood stream, nobody will support the brand after this senario.

I spent a huge amount of money at hospital, loss of income for a week, and the huge amount of pain that you indirectly afflicted upon me. I expect to get feedback asap from somebody and please treat this with urgency as I have my attorney waiting on hand as well as the media waiting upon the correct decision from me. This is no threat, rather it's reality and the facts of the issue. Al medical bills are available for your perusal when needed.
